MINIMUM ORDER
Our
minimum order is $50 and if
you place an order for less
than $50 you may be charged $30+ shipping charge
by the system to bring you
close to the $50 target.
Please
order at least $50 to avoid
being charged excessive
shipping and handling charges.
SHIPPING POLICY
All order's are carefully
inspected and packaged. Our
designated carrier is United
Parcel Service. All orders
are shipped within 3 to 5
business days regular ground
service and you can expect
to receive your package within
2-7 days. Many of our
customers on the East Coast
receive packages within 3 days
from ordering. UPS also offers,
3 day select, 2nd day air,
overnight delivery but you
must call in your order to
expedite service.
RETURNS
Due
to the nature of this product,
Discount Distributing does
not encourage any returns.
However, in special cases, if you contact
Discount Distributing or www.bodywraps.com
about your problem and get
an RA approval, you will be
able to return certain products.
RESTOCKING FEE
Product
returns
are
subject
to a
20%
restocking
fee. Returns
are only
accepted
on
current
merchandise
found to
be in
original
unopened
cartons
and in
new and
sellable condition.
DAMAGE DURING SHIPPING
The carrier who delivers your
order assumes all responsible
for any damage or loss during
shipping. Therefore, please
take the following steps in
the unlikely event you should
encounter any damage to your
order.
VISIBLE DAMAGE:
1. Make sure your Carrier is aware of any damage and ask them to make note as to the extent of the damage. Ask how you may file a claim for the damage or loss with THEIR company.
2. File a claim as soon as possible and get a damage claim number. Our Customer Service Department will be happy to assist you with this if needed.
3. Keep all packaging materials in case the Carrier may wish to inspect the shipment.
4. Email us with your Claims
Number so we may expedite
your replacement products.
CONCEALED DAMAGE:
1.
Contact the Carrier as soon
as you find the damage and
ask for an inspection
Our Customer Service Department
will be happy to assist you.
2.
Keep all packaging materials
until after inspection from
Carrier.
SHORTAGES:
To
report any shortages or other
problems with your order,
contact Customer
Service at 1-888-612-3886 within 72
hours. Or email at
info@bodywraps.com
Please have your order/invoice
number available to expedite
the process.
RETURN PROCEDURE:
1. Contact Customer Service at 1-888-612-3886 to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. No returns will be accepted without the RA#.
2. Carefully repackage item (s) using the original packing material and shipping container.
3. Seal box and return to: Discount Distributing 540 St. Johns Cocoa, Fl. 32922. Return Authorization Number must be printed above or to the right of the address label.
4. All returns must be freight prepaid.
5. Please purchase INSURANCE for your return. Discount Distributing cannot accept damaged merchandise.
6. Discount Distributing suggests that you ship all returns by United Parcel Service.
